My experience was great. Very kind manager who got me the perfect size storage unit when we were on a very short notice for one. The manager didn’t hesitate to help out at all. Was trying to get a second unit at the same facility that I already have one. However, the facility location where I have a unit, the office is only open Tue and Thr, so I went to another location in the same town, but they'd already closed for the day (Sat.). I really needed a unit and couldn't wait until Monday to get one, so I called and spoke to someone at, what I can only assume, was a more corporate location, and they were able to do everything for me right over the phone! It was quick and easy and I was able to not only get the new unit, but access it instantly!

I made a booking online the day of, and it was very convenient! Except for the fact that the day I made the booking, the companies switched over, so my code for the door didn't work, which was frustrating. Thankfully, the guy at the front desk was very helpful and let us in. If my code worked the first time, 5/5 stars, which I imagine won't be an issue once ownership is settled.

There was light in the long hallway when and office staff assisted me, but since then there is NO light in the hall, and only a sign, but no one working on switch replacement/fix 🙁 very unhelpful! Also, the slide to my unit was extremely difficult to open and close; plus the lock does NOT FIT!!! I solved both problems by lubricating the sliding door lock and also purchasing my own lock. Granted, the office personal were very helpful, and friendly. The facility is clean. However, without lighted hallway I feel unsafe and nearly tripped over the cart. You are looking at a potential injury liability ~ please fix those lights!!!!!! Thanks 1621

They wonderful women up front were nice enough to call me to inform me that my unit was not locked correctly. It was actually unlocked for anyone really! She told me to come into the office and would help me through the forms. When I walked out of the office it was like a huge weight lifted off me. Good experience so far. Employees have been very helpful and the reservation process was smooth and hassle free. Facility is easy to gain entry to through the secure keypad and our space is easily accessible. Only issue we had was trying to locate our actual space (number was not posted anywhere.) We finally found it on the ground (and actually zip tied it up to the fence ourselves.) Not the end of the world either way, although if I had brought the travel trailer along and was trying to locate the spot it may have been a different story. 🙂 All in all, off to a good start.

Great storage unit love the fact it is 24/7 and you have access whenever you want makes it super convenient! The only bad thing I’d say is the gravel to go to the top level is a pain in the butt if you’re in a car but it’s also icy and not much you can do about snow on gravel so I can’t blame the company at all definitely 5 stars!!
